HELP DESKS SUSPENDED from MARCH 10th
In view of the ongoing COVID-2019 outbreak and the consequent suspension of classroom teaching activities, the help desks at the International Affairs Department (Incoming, Outgoing and Immigration Desk) will remain closed from 10 March 2020 onwards and until further notice.
All students and users must refrain from visiting the help desks (which will be closed) and instead are invited to use the ticketing system for all administrative practices as well as requests for information.
Appointments can only be made for certain specific needs or urgent matters. They must be reported via ticket after which an operator will make the necessary assessment of feasibility and an appointment may then be scheduled.
